PS4, Netflix, long naps, headphones and my euphoric beats, meditation, yoga, complete alienation, an end goal, close and supportive circle of friends and a ferocious legacy have all seen me through to the finish line.

This has been my hardest prep yet with soo many uncertainties. After having my last comp cancelled a mere 2 weeks before jumping on stage (absolutely devastating!) and rolling straight into this next competition as well as 2 weeks taken out of my prep due to contracting the virus, then followed by tonsillitis shortly after for those that remember and now evading the second wave left right and center! Absolute mental warfare and madness!

Training at 1am some nights for the last 2 months so I’m not around people to keep myself safe from infection at such a low body-fat…guys it’s been an absolute battle mentally and physically and spiritually and taken every ounce of my soul and energy to keep pushing forward - but all this has built so much resilience and character in me! I wouldn’t change anything and I’m very grateful for the lessons and tough character traits I’ve picked up on the way.

I’m soo proud I’ve stuck it through to the end and I’m soo excited about bringing my best package to date - bigger, leaner and more refined ready to do what I love and live for! And I’m grateful for the @wbff_aust to give me such an amazing platform to showcase my talents and flair, a federation I’m proud to be with and I love being a part of the wbff family.

Thankyou as always for the endless love and support - all of you guys have been my rock through this journey.

The countdown is on! I’ll see you guys on the other side ✌ ❤️

Never understood why guys that train for aesthetics care about being called small. If you look impressive to the general population who the fuk cares what some roidcel thinks? Bizarre.

Also JFL at the video where Chesty unzips his top to show his pecs because someone said he has no chest. A smart gay dude could bait him by saying he has no glutes lmao.

I think someone probably has said it, Chestbrah always shows his glutes on instagram stories. People called him chicken legs many times and now he always wears shorts and does heavy legs on stories. Dude has a great physique but is insecure as hell. Guy puts like 4 different creams on his face and uses hair growth serums etc

Am I going crazy or has Chestbrah's arms actually gotten smaller? I remember seeing pics of him from like 5 years back where he had way bigger biceps/triceps and everyone was commenting that it made no sense to get sleeve tattoos on the arms that cover all of that

He has been cutting down a lot of weight to get into contest condition. He said he got tested and has like 5.8 percent bodyfat.

Maybe after contest is over he will gain a lot of mass in the off season and will look fuller and bigger.

Arms were never his strong point. He had shredded, lean arms, but never too huge. Could have been off season, on pump and lighting etc
