i will stop at 2, possibly 3 with the next 10-15 years + SMP
i'm happy with the convincing illusion of thick hair, don't see the need for a legit pompadour

Jesus Christ.
I'm 28 and I've got slight receding on the sides of my hairline (nothing major at all though) and I'm paranoid as fukc about it.
Feel sorry when I see / hear about young fellas that have gone completely bald.
Good on your mane, mirin the dedication & end results. Would've cost you an absolute fortune.

Strong transformation
Far from the worst way I've seen someone blow $40k. Honestly pretty cool that you don't have to take meds or anything to keep it, either.

Can you tell us why you got 6 transplants? Did you just add density on later procedures?

I just had a FUE back in January. Starting to look good after 3 months, but still very "see through" when I'm outside in the sunlight. I guess only like 10% of the hair is actually growing now, so hopefully density picks up in a big way this month and next.
Anyways, I'd never spend that much on procedures but you look great. Mine was 5000 Euros, and that was pretty much the top of my budget. Not sure if I'd consider getting another one, as the recovery was more difficult than I anticipated. But I also didn't tell anybody that I had the procedure, so maybe it would be different if I did it out in the open.

The most recent transplant was in Turkey by Dr. Serkan AYGIN Clinic.
Before that I had surgeries with Rahal, Konior and ASMED Clinic. Very happy with all of them, no complaints.
Total number of grafts was like 15k hairs. Remember that's including body hair. But also it was so many that it left me needing to do smp to make the back of my head presentable.

Crazy impressive results damn.
So why are Turkish doctors cheap? You said $5K euros per procedure. Seems like insane value for hair gains.
How long does it take to recover form procedure.
Like do you have to wear hat all the time after procedure? So people don't notice.

Damn. Quite the transformation.
Can't say I would be anywhere near as anal or broken up about going bald, enough to go through all that, but at least you're showing people that it can be possible. Still crazy the lengths people go for looks.
Have you considered plastic surgery for your nose?

HT hairlines are still tragic unfortunately. OPs overall result is great but the hairline makes it fairly obvious. But still great compared to the average HT patient I've seen.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

As for OP, if this made you happy then it is money well spent. I'm lucky to be in my low 40s and still have hair like your end results naturally. I do have some thin hair, and I do plan on going the derma roll + minoxidil route later this year.

With that said, I had great experiences with my 3 turkish docs (Resul Yaman, Erdogen at ASMED, and Serkan AYGIN Clinic). Heck, when I was at Dr. Serkan's clinic (which is a huge building that also does other cosmetic procedures) I also had a dermatologist perform a CO2 laser treatment on my face (cuts down on discoloration and acne scars). That normally costs $3k in the USA. Was like $600 total for me.
Regarding hats - yes, you have to wear a hat (at least outside) for a month after the surgery. Getting a transplant can be difficult for people that work in an office environment that can't get away with wearing a ballcap or something.

Wish I'd go bald so I didn't have to cut this **** every couple weeks and I could just wake up and go do things rather than have to comb it or anything. Wear a hat everyday so I don't have to bother with my hair.
