Klaus Myren Riis. AFAIK he's actually an IFBB pro now.

Zyzz was a anorexic wigga who abused AAS, and would never have gotten anywhere without it. Klaus was a gentleman who cared about the philosophy of fitness and wanted to help people look their best, not just troll a forum.

I'd say half of this forum can't even bench 225 reliably. Probably less than <5% hits 3 plates unless they're over 220. Whatever the reddit/4chan equivalent of this place is probably has more lifters
