Do you stop the raise/plate in front of your face or go even lower, before going all up again?

Also, do you sort of "upward shrug" the plate once you reach on the top, or just go go, then down?
All the way down to my waist. No shrugging at the top.

Try doing a single set, i think just holding it while exhausted helps.
