Didn’t read the entire thread, just the first page. Ballpark what would you say you’re expecting your 1rm to be on all 3 lifts?

I dont think he wants to do 1RM anymore, which i dont mind because i dont really max out anyway

Anyway at my peak I’d estimate

OHP - 225
B - 350-360
S - 440-465
D - dont do it anymore, but I can def do 500 atleast.

This thread went from disgettingood to underwhelming so fast.

OP, out of principle I do agree with the posters suggesting you should have posted this calloutwhen you were ready to complete the challenge,not a week before 'starting lifting' again and a month before you have any intention of actually performing the challenge. Especially since the stakes were dropped from perm to neg train (with possible perm for OP, though this is not set in stone).

Not calling you a p#agg0t or anything, but OP....this isnotthe right way to entertain the misc. And since you posted rather than PMing your opponent, my assumption is that misc entertainment is at least part of the reason for doing this.
