What's with these fkn bail laws? $150k bail for a guy caught red handed on tape opening fire on a dude over a parking spot? Should have been sent to jail with no bailout option until trial. Also, I guarantee some stupid liberal organization paid to bail him out, because dindu on white crime is never a big deal to them, and they bail criminals like that out all the time. Zero chance someone living in a town homer had, or relative who had $150k to just throw around like that. What a crock of chit that this dude could just rerurn to the townhome like that after that chit.

On a side note, this is why you avoid confrontations like these in public. If these people were literally the idiot's neighbor, then they had to have known that they were parking in a spot spefically assigned to him. So when he came out bitching about it, bodybuilding brah should have just been like "Sorry man, I'll move it right now", then moved his vehicle to avoid further confrontation. It's not worth stepping up to/arguing with a random goon over chit like that publically, because you never know who will be crazy enough to do something like pull a gun over bs like a parking spot. Dude cams out into the parking lot to bitch about it while wearing a bath robe ffs, I'd have automatically assumed the guy was off his rocker a bit.

Also, although the incident was clearly a massive overreaction on the part of the shooter, this is also why you juat avoid fkn with people altogether. I used to have some neighbors (moved now) who would consistently park their cars directly in front of my house in the street, whilst leaving the street parking in front of their own house empty. And anytime they had company over, they had them park in front of my house, even though they had plenty of space to park 4 vehicles in front of their own house. Now then, I park in my garage, so it didn't matter *that* much, and obviously the street parking is public space and doesn't belong to anyone. But still, it seemed disrespectful to me when they weren't even using the street parking in front of their own house. Certainly not worth starting a fight over, but I do see why someone would feel annoyed by chit like that.

Thanks for that info, most of us have no idea how crazy people are now.
People used to get loud, argue, and fist fight but it is a different world.
Many years ago when guns became more common and mainstream i wondered if we would revert back to the "wild wild west days" and shot a guy for no reason, or would people show restraint?

This was pretty much my line of reasoning with the ex. Okay, sure, you are right, that driver is a big dink and they are in the wrong here.

I have a neighbor kinda like this. Has two garage spaces and two driveway spaces for a total of 3 cars, but has his MIL's car parked in the street in front in such a way that no one can park in front of my house without blocking my mailbox and maybe even part of the driveway. Because he doesn't want her car parked in front of his house as it leaves an oil stain on the driveway and he doesn't wanthis mailboxto be blocked.

In an armed society, people will be much more polite. Or stuff like this will happen more often.

The lesson to learn is, don't park in other people's spots. Don't try to be as tough guy when you're in the wrong.

correct but bouncing the blame ball back n forth devils advocate style

going from end to beginning:

A - black dude shot > black dude charged white peeps with guns > white peeps armed chased down in a truck black dude
B - white dude shot > white dude approached black dude > black dude came out to tell him to move > white dude parked in black dudes spot

Nothing forced white dude to puffy chest approach black dude.....jogger case he was chased in a truck by armed peeps

I've been in one road race incident where the person actually got our of their car. Some dude sped past me and hit his brakes. He got out of the car saying I flipped him off.

It was a very bizarre incident. I was driving with my arm rested with the window down minding my own business. Had zero idea someone was raging behind me. I was literally chilling and enjoying the breeze.

I denied flipping him off saying it must have been misunderstanding. He didn't like that answer and called me racist for doing that (he was black) and wanted me to get out and fight him. He was yelling and swearing so I just apologized and drove around his car in the middle of the road. Very weird situation.

can't imagine being that quick to anger over a townhouse parking spot right off the bat. why not just ask what's his reason for parking there and that he realizes that it's his parking spot. other guy should have just apologized and said he'll be just a second instead of reacting with anger.

either way that was a quick escalation without warning, dude seemed like he wanted to catch a body or at the very least teach somebody a near fatal lesson that day. lmao @ already posted bail
