That's a juicy home gym OP, jelly.
How is your home theater $25k OP? Is it mostly the high-end sound equipment? I don't know, but expected something more extravagant for $25k

Oled was 3K , well 3.5 after extended warranty.
4 studio 100 towers , one on each corner and cost 2K each .
The centre channel was 2.3K .
Subwoofer 1K .
Pre pro and separate amplifier was 10K .
4K player was $800 .
Pvr another $750 .
Power conditioner was another $800 .
Stereo stands ,balanced cables , wiring etc adds up . It doesn’t take long . Of course it would cost much less in the US , as this is in Canadian prices .
To do it again would be double now if I stayed with paradigm speakers , as they’ve gone way up in price for similar quality speakers

You've just made me realise how little I have of great material value (excluding house, cars etc.)
I bought a cuckoo clock many years ago. Not a cheap one either. A genuine good sized one from Germania.
It has a big German Eagle on top of it in an alpha pose, ready to murder that little prick cuckoo bird.
Never regretted buying it.

Two things in life right now that I'm aiming for: Getting big and very lean, and the other is making lots of money so I can shove it in peoples faces that didn't give me the time.
