The problem is they don't all fit the same. Some colors were too tight. Other's had low hanging crotches. Plus finding 34/34's in stores is almost impossible.
Now I'm 32/34 at this weight and everything fits great.

Now, everything is super tight with spandex, including chinos.
Anyway, where I grew up there were a lot of Italian guys and they were wear these striped "Zoomba" pants that looked like something a clown would wear because they could not buy pants. If you had zoombas and a string tank top, you were a top tier Guido!
I now buy hiking pants instead of chinos because they have more room.
Unless the style changes, I assume that I will have to stick to my current pants collection until death.

Your body is a series of braces and pullies and strength needs to balance all over.
For instance, if your lower back muscles are weak and your arms strong, you will have weakness in a support area. Your legs are a base of what supports your entire body. Weak hamstrings can greatly affect your back as well.
When I am lifting I lift basically equal or proportional weight for all body parts.

I like to eat so I hit my legs.

I’m just trying to be proportionate. 20+ years of lifting I figured a long time ago I would never be massive without gear.
