Nice large pool at my condo that barely anyone uses.
Taking care of it must be a bitch. Iβd need someone to regularly maintain it, plus itβs a health hazard if you have kids, or pets for that matter.

Just gotta hoist the old girl up on the ledge and the important stuff is out of the water. OR, and my preference, there's the old doggy style on the steps.I've always found sex in water pretty much impossible since there isn't sufficient lubrication.
maybe ol' Sillie doesn't need it

Kids are older and donβt care about swimming so much
Wife hates the water
I donβt want more upkeep with the property
Easy pass here

****ing retarded. Dont get me wrong, I can afford that, but I just feel like thats spreading cheeks. Got 2 quotes, within a few K of each other, so I do believe its the going rate.
Wife says lets just wait for economy to crash and do it then.. Feel like the clowns that say that about property values. Who knows.
Better to buy a house with a pool than build a pool right now.

Put a tv out there and have baseball or some chit on as background and you got yourself the good life

They got hosed.
