Nice large pool at my condo that barely anyone uses.

Taking care of it must be a bitch. I’d need someone to regularly maintain it, plus it’s a health hazard if you have kids, or pets for that matter.

Ah, I get where you're coming from. Yes, even geezers like Sillie and his current wife need lubricant. Two options there for me, my pool has one of those lounging areas that are like a foot deep and meant to keep your lounge chair in. Just gotta hoist the old girl up on the ledge and the important stuff is out of the water. OR, and my preference, there's the old doggy style on the steps.

My brother in law/sister in law just had one built for about $90k. And due to some easement issue, the majority of the pool is fuking above-ground. And the company that installed it wrecked their sprinkler system, so that was another couple grand to fix.
