If there's no chance for a person to impregnate another human being and cause issues pertaining to the genetic make up whilst inserting their genitals into them and exchanging bodily fluids containing sperm, is it even incest?

Otherwise, if he had been abusing his nephew from a young age and grooming the little boy, he can get ****d and get life.
