I'm partly a victim to this too, in fact my 'number' keeps changing, but so do 'goals'. And to be frank responsibilities grow too - and you start to crave things later like re-connecting with family, old friends. *Loving relationships* - that umbrella, meaning - folks who don't see you as a walking $ sign - are very hard.

This is why there is cope. I know a guy who has even what I'd call "f you money" - he's 43, married a 26 year old - she's a knockout. I asked him years ago "How would you feel if you knew she was just with you for your money" and he said "I'd like to think I'm that self-aware, but also - if I never know - then it's fine". He's a nice guy, and she honestly seems nice too - super conservative generational wealth family. She runs a dog grooming boutique studio out of one of his investment properties.

I end up writing long(er) posts on the subject, but it's because I truly care about interpersonal and inter-generational well-being. When I see heiresses snorting Pepsi off large denomination bills and burning them after while giggling, I see someone "lost", not "living it up". A true and profound sadness and loneliness, and this can greatly affect those who are rich/dynasty as well.

I don't think it has to be about that, more about the traditional family structure. Regardless of religion or a lack thereof, it's been the standard throughout most of history.

Religion is what gave people morals, value, rules, structure in marriages and it was looked down upon to break those. Now, nothing matters... people don't care about those values that kept marriages alive for 50+ years

One of the biggest tragedies of clown world, is black americans turning their backs on God. The abolitionist movement and the Civil Rights movement were all primarily a Christian movement, led by strong black Christian men and women like MLK etc.

Rosa Parks was a staunch Christian and lifelong member of her Church. Here is a quote from her, "We must demand it.We must protest the law of the land because it violates God's law.But violence is not the answer. It is our duty to protest segregation"


Harriet Tubman was a diehard Christian. “talked with God, and he talked with her every day of her life.” ... read up on her stories of how she would pray DURING the sneaking people around in the underground railroad. She would pray as they walk so that God would protect them. She said God told her to "get off the road" during one of those routes, and it saved their lives.




Liberals have removed God from the civil rights movement. As if it was atheist progressives who pushed for it. Nope.
