Why do they all wear suits, smoke cigars and drink whiskey. Is that what makes them "alpha" in their eyes?

It's try-hard behaviour fuelled by insecurity. That's all it is. Whenever you see a guy like that you know that person is deep down insecure and non-confident. It's all a show and impressionable, equally insecure guys will buy into that stuff. It's really sad.

Yeah this advice is dogsh*t and I'll explain why.

Your unhappiness is a useful tool, an effect you get when things are working against your favor in some way.

Sometimes, it is an uncontrollable thing, like a traffic jam in a 1 lane highway due to an accident. These situations call for you to find a zen reason to enjoy yourself.

Sometimes, it is a controllable thing. Like perhaps you are getting taken advantage of in some way. Your choice to be happy in this situation is way too much agreeableness and you will hurt yourself in the long run; the better option is to recognize your unhappiness and affect the world around you until the problem that is causing your unhappiness is solved.

Being happy is NOT a virtue.

Being TRUTHFUL is a virtue.

Being happy isn't even a good goal to pursue. It's completely selfish, self centered, shallow, unproductive, the list really goes on and on.

Being GOOD is a better goal. Be good and honest and the happiness you seek will appear in the right moments.

This, a lot of this stuff is common sense. Not to mention a lot of them market for $600 courses that promise to make you the best version of yourself. I guess it's good that these guys are spreading a message that brahs raised by single moms may not get but we did just fine in the 70s-90s when men didn't need to watch someone else blab about what it takes to be a man. This stuff is a lot like self-help books, it's good for motivation or reinforcement but if you spend all your time just reading/watching them you won't get sh-t done.

You shouldnt take tates advice tbh. Its not healthy.
For long lasting happiness you need to fulfill good portion of the things your ego wants you to. Or you cope.
This could use as motivation but dont just lay down and rot thinking youre going to be hsppy 247

My quality of life has improved a million times since I embraced Simulation Theory

Back then I used to worry about stuff like 'why did he/ she say that?' 'Why am I having problems' whatever. Now I just say, it is what the simulation wanted to happen.

Sounds like a coping mechanism that parallels religion. I.e., it's god's will, it's all good. god has a plan.

If it works for you, great. Hopefully it doesn't backfire.

Exactly this! And it is fkn awesome.

I cant believe in any religion anymore but through simulation theory I can benefit from what all those religions offer to their followers. To cope

I truly believe the majority of mental illnesses are bull**** and the field of psychology is full of a bunch of weak minded people.

I've dealt with a lot of mentally ill people having violent episodes and the majority of them (90%) snap out of it and become extremely lucid if they think they are about to get tazed or a beating. For most of them they just do whatever the hell they want and use it as an excuse.

Also dealt with quite a few psychologists that had issues with patients becoming violent/threatening/stalking/harassing them. They seem like feeble minded people as well. I'd never take advice from a 'mental health professional' or take their opinions seriously.

I remember watching an interview of a guy who went live with some tribesmen in Africa and mental illness, depression, etc. basically does not exist there. Its a very first world problem to be sad because you feel sad and act (or fail to act) on that sadness.

"Be happy all the time" comes from weak soyboys who don't understand how to transmute hate/despair/sadness into positive energy.
Negative emotions are very powerful energies that can be harnessed and redirected.

Happiness is an unsustainable emotion. It's just as draining as other emotions. What people mistake it for is peace.

Also, people need to be realistic. It's like people complaining about being hungry, or tired, as if being uncomfortable is a state that should never happen.
I don't know either lol

inb4 "no one cares" but imo you're not choosing to be happy you're choosing to be content, there's a difference, i think pretty much all research on the brain shows we don't choose our thoughts and feelings, only how we react to them. one cannot choose to be happy, but with enough mindfulness once can choose to not be bothered by sadness, AKA becoming content and at peace with whatever is happening. it's not constant happiness it's just not being bothered by not being always happy

MEN are in dire need of better big brother, father figure, and male role models. Why not someone like Jon Kim, instead of NO CHIN having grifter Andrew Tate?

See the people who speak highly of Tate in the industry and social media world, most of them I’d consider smart, mentally strong, self aware and high value. Just successful men in their 30s and 40s with great businesses and great lives talking highly of the guy.

Then see his haters. The Logan brothers who are simply internet caricatures, that fat podcaster Ethan, and a bunch of other feminist or manipulated men hating on him or calling him a scammer or whatever.

It’s real easy to see the difference between the two groups. Same happened to Kevin samuels btw, he has a bunch of haters in the misc calling him closet homo, a scammer etc, turn out he was a fukin genius IMO that was changing by himself the dating dynamics in the black community.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Why does it have to be just one? Why can’t young men be influenced by several different influential men that preach about mental, physical and emotional strength?

Also using the word grifter automatically makes you an NPC srs.

For the most people depression is caused by huge difference between their current life state and the one they imagine in their heads.
