How do they report mixed races? There has to be plenty of those being committed in 2022. Is it a plus one for both category?

I wonder if the mixed race is Black and white but identifies as black they will list them under white.

to inflate the white violent crime states.

Just like they do with a lot of dark skin indio looking Latinos they are listed under white or Caucasian on their booking mug shots.

Why don't conservatives just push LGBT in minority communities and pretend it's liberals doing it.

It'd kill two birds with one stone.

The one response I've heard is that the Murders perpetrated by other races aren't noted as murders but lesser crimes like manslaughter. Whereas for black people, less empathy from the judicial system or lower access to good crim defence lawyers bc poor, more likely to get crimes noted as the higher offence.

Not saying I agree but thats the response.

TBH it typically goes by what a person 'looks' like with the exception of Hispanics. Hispanics are grouped with whites. If someone is Hispanic they are categorized as being white with a Hispanic heritage (an extra check box).


If the below man were to commit a crime, per the FBI UCR standards he is a white male with Hispanic heritage. Thus adding another stat for the criminal white males in America.

I can't imagine that they would get away with that if we weren't under a Democratic administration.

Want federal funding for your crime initiatives? Cough up the data.

Heck, you could probably just generally make life harder for cities that don't cooperate. Unlike unfunded mandates I don't think that statistical information is an unreasonable request by a federal government.

They don't want figures showing how bad new york is a month before midterms. The gubernatorial race only has a point or two in it atm. It should be a cake walk for the dems, but it is actually inside the margin of error.

Non negligent manslaughter is listed in the criminal justice stats as murder, so their responses are inaccurate.

Manslaughter is a subtype of homicide, so it is still listed in these figures
