Really mate, your own arguments are being used against you. I hate to draw this to a slagging match, but **** me
Right but in my situation, they have positively made clear they have the authority to arrest the guy. In your situation, a good samaritan might see a gang attempting to kill someone and intervene.

My situation allows for them to identify themselves verbally, and with backup that arrives moments later with clothed uniform.

If you want to argue that bullets from nearby civilians start flying within a 10-15 second window... you're reaching.

Chances of that are incredibly low, out standingly low, lower than my balls hang on a warm summer day

So two guys appear to be in an altercation that involves one guy puttng another in a full nelson

You're telling me it's reasonable to assume a bystander will pull out a gun and shoot the full nelson holder?

Reeeeeeeachiiiiiiinggggggggggggg more than the length of that word

And if the guy fights back and somehow gets the upper hand, harming the cop, then what? He can argue he didn't believe they were cops because no uniform.

I’m in Seattle for the next few months. Police here don’t do ****. Regularly have hookers on the Main Street near the crib. The other day, two bums strung out got into a fist fight on the Main Street near a red light. Police cruise stopped at the red light near the street than drove off completely ignoring the fight LOL

IDK brah there are a lot of arguments I made regarding law and chit. The uniform makes it official. I wouldn't really want to give police this power or criminals the ability to mimic it. I prefer any UC ops to be heavily scrutinized and limited in scope.

OP got full nelson anal last night and now wondering why this brootal tactic is not used in war/stopping crime.

Why not just shoot him in the head from a roof top sniper across the street OP? That way he cant run away.
