I feel like GoldenCow and griffeyjr are quite possibly products of the real estate issues in China where the long-held philosophy has been that real estate is the safest and smartest place to park money -- legit 70% of the personal wealth in China was stored in real estate, and that's currently in the process of collapsing far worse than it is in North

Is this deflection? Overcompensating? Who knows

Musk has told prospective investors in his Twitter purchase that he plans to cut nearly 75% of Twitter’s employee base of 7,500 workers, leaving the company with a skeleton crew, according to the report. The newspaper cited documents and unnamed sources familiar with the deliberations.
BRB working at twitter making 300k a year
BRB buy home at absolute market peak in a place far away from office because you can now WFH (but im locked in at 3% so who cares)
BRB get laid off by Elon Musk
BRB most FAANG tech companies and top tech firms have a legit hiring freeze right now
BRB try and rent out your home since you have to take a lower paying local job
BRB local economy wages dont support the rent for your mortgage you just bought
BRB cant sell in this current 8% rate environment without taking a loss

wow you are really just sticking your head in the sand.
in horizon west FL there is45% drop in home salesyear over year, and a whopping42% of homes are having price drops from their original listing, which is higher than any period over the past 5 years.

this is a really good market?

have you experienced a traumatic brain injury recently?

Not even going to argue with you ******* In September 2022, Horizon West home prices were up 14.2% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $549K. My neighbor bought his house for 350k and he has multiple offers in the 600k range. The only houses that sit for along time in my neighborhood are house close to the 1 million dollar range

Less than a month after Hurricane Ian caused widespread devastation to southwestern Florida, investors and other buyers are scouring for housing deals in a region where home prices have soared in recent years.

Demand remains strong from both locals and out-of-staters, according to residential real-estate agents in Naples, Fla., and other areas near the path of the Category 4 storm. They say they have received numerous inquiries from people still interested in relocating to the Sunshine State, or hoping to pick up distressed properties.

“It’s pretty much business as usual,” said Kelly Baldwin, an agent for Coldwell Banker in Longboat Key, Fla. “I haven’t had anyone reach out who wants to stop their home search.”
If you're building new construction it's pretty easy to make a hurricane proof house. Make your 1st level your garage and living space 2nd and 3rd floor.

LOL @ ken and goldencow providing ample evidence of the sorry state of housing only for slumlordmaxxers and mortagecels to regurgitate the same unoriginal bs. If they had the ability to think critically, they'd at the very least be able to provide a witty comeback. No such luck from low IQ slumlords. No surprise there.

Developers in China were collecting payment on unbuilt units only to eventually run into solvency issues, resulting in projects defaulting and not being completed. Imagine being stuck paying a mortgage for a "real estate investment" that will never exist. Fukkn LOL at mortgagecels srs.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.
