I don't know if you call tennis a hobby. I enjoy painting, kayaking, sailing, camping, stand-up paddle boarding, tubing, archery, etc. I wouldn't say I've "mastered" anything other than tennis. At least you're not on your phone with those hobbies, except sailing, but then I don't want my phone to get wet or go overboard so I keep it in my pocket.

What I can't understand is why I only seem to be so passionate about these topics. Everyday I think of it not to mention that my everyday life is just 90s-2011 on loop. Yeah exactly but funny part is that the previous standard should be the standard that lasted forever. I mean, it encouraged women to look really good with minimal effort. I mean, eat a salad/eat hardly anything, then boom, you look hot. (Paired with makeup and a unique style, still easy because that was normal back then). Fast forward to today and being fat is okay, ofcourse when a woman looks in a mirror and sees rolls/cellulite everywhere, she isn't going to be happy lol.

Culture even 100s of years ago reinforced true beauty. I'm all for the 80s-2011 level of good looks. But before it was thought that girls should wear corsets/narrow shoes and stuff like that. Yeah very well said. It seemed more natural when a guy grew up back then. At a time when giving a woman flowers or saying "oi bitch" would give u the same results. Man, guys now have 0 confidence/presence, it's so weird. It's too unnatural and it all looks so pathetic. Everyone looks disgusting, especially disappointed because I was the kind of guy who looked at celebrities as role models. Too bad it's not Brad Pitt, Steveo, Paul Walker, Justin Timberlake/Usher or Angelina Jolie/Avril Lavigne type people, ie, actually cool people who did interesting stuff. I tried watching the MTV music awards a few years ago and it was ****ing ****, 0 talent awkward retards. Turned it off straight away, almost threw up. Celebrities now just play on phones all day/look the same.

I play music from the 90s and early 2000s in my car now that I have to return to the office, along with audio books, and it makes me sad to hear the music back then and how life was like back then. Plus my daughter was young pre-2011 so that was the best time of my life. Now it's clown world and I'm older with family dying and injuries. Sigh. The only thing keeping me sane are that my daughter and I getting along again and have a close relationships, concerts, adventure club activities and NFL games.

Yeah, for a short period of time. Even people who left school pre 2012 are weird/low energy since 2016ish. The only stable people are those who were aware of the shift and made the choice (basically 0 people), ridiculously old people or people who died before 2013ish.

At the moment I'm training my hamstrings through knee flexion exercises (standing leg curls) since I've only really hit them through hip extension. (Whether that's a ghr or rdl) Hoping it'll balance out the hamstring musculature a bit better/reduce quad dominance and fix apt thus also fixing stuff further up the kinetic chain. I also get a dynamic stretch on my quads each rep so maybe it might be a good idea to do an (weight bearing) isometric hold at the top of the leg curl to also static stretch the quads/improve proper motor recruitment patterns for my gait/apt? (For the quad overuse issue) I'm not sure if this is all correct since the muscles trained in the leg curl offer medial rotation to the knee which would make things worse since my femur is already internally rotated, also on my right knee I'm having lateral knee issues. However apt is forcing all of my lower extremities to internally rotate as a chain. Hmmm.

Yeah, the interent is far too much. People shouldn't see the things they see online in any lifetime. It makes you 100x more stupid since nobody has to read a book/go to a library or find an expert on the topic to answer the question that's been killing them for weeks. 99% of clowns use google maps on their travels, do you realise how ridiuculous a scene is when a train station/bus stop/street/anywhere just has clowns engrossed/head deep in their phones?? No conversations, just silent noise of awkward encounters due to technology. There's making live easier but there's also just zapping away the human side of life. Stuff is a joke, I hate it. Even in 2010 when technology was better there was atleast a better balance. Now there's 0 balance, but ideally, maybe 1990-2005 looked the best.
