IMO you shouldn't ask anybody out since that's a form of chasing external validation - tbh if she really liked you, you would know anyway, but if you're the one talking to a person and 'chasing' them, they would naturally be repulsed by you, especially if they are narcissistic (highly likely due to her going to the gym).
