i legit do this when i make macaroni thanks to this scene. you should always sauce your pasta immediately.

if you end up putting some in the fridge, it's hnnnnggg cold. dry pasta is pretty groce cold.

You can take this concept up a notch by under cooking the pasta and finishing it in a pan with the sauce and some of the pasta water. Mix the water in with the sauce first and then add the pasta. It'll absorb the sauce along with the water as it finishes cooking. You can add more water if needed. Also don't use a strainer, just use tongs or a slotted spoon so you still have the salted starchy water if needed. This method is really meant for red sauces not cream based sauces.

Werd. He started off as the Terminator but became a lovesick puppy.

It's hard to pick a single favourite character. I did find Leotardo the most entertaining though, and he delivered his usually brilliant lines with real character.

"You look like a Puerto Rican whore, you make me phuckin' sick!"

thank you. I told my wife this is how it's done, but she always gets on to me for my lack of strainer usage

There's a time and a place for a strainer. It's not just a given every time you make pasta. I think this qualifies you as "a friend of ours".

Phil Leotardo to me was a perfect character.

Know all his scenes by heart.
Also they didnt keep him on too long involving him on nonsense storylines like they did with Furio or Johnny Sac

I think Sil is the Worst character tbh. Like a charicature from a SNL sketch with his fake hair & over the top mannerisms.
Follows Chestbrah's training routine crew
