We all hold water and I didn't say massive. Want to figure out how much water you hold, get on a cut drop the creatine, cut out all your carbs and see how much you drop in the first couple weeks. What remains is fat...

Judging from his pic I can clearly tell the dude is fuking massive IRL. miscers would chit their pants if they saw him in person. Some guys here sound really clueless when it comes to lifting and what's possible naturally.

Op if you live in a colder climate, then enjoy your carbs or decrease your calories gradually until March then shoot for a May/beach week end of cut.
I am not seeing the "oids" look that others do but just take it as a compliment and keep going, focusing on the weak points for the next 3-4 months.
good luck whatever you decide.

Op take it all as a compliment. If a gun pointed to my head I’d say not natty based on the traps but you could just have top genetics.

If you say natty I believe you because I don’t see the point in lying about it.

I can answer that question. I've cut on keto several times. This time from Aug. 26th - Nov. 18th. I went from 220 to 189. So I lost about 30 lbs in 12 weeks.

I took a 10 day break from keto over Thanksgiving week from Nov. 18th - 28th and weighed 206 at the end of the 10 days. And that's eating somewhat dirty but not an overly huge surplus.

Went back on keto on Nov. 29th and today is 10 days later. My weight this morning was 190.5 lbs. So basically I gained 17 lbs over 10 days going off keto. And lost 15.5 lbs over the next 10 days back on keto. I can safely assure you that almost all of the weight that was added and removed over the past 20 days, which was a 32.5 lb swing, was glycogen and water.

What is this obession with bulking? No one cares how much you can bench press and strength does non matter much for non athletes up to a point in real life unless you are in jail or some third world nation and need to fight in a daily basis.

Congrats brah, you could have been Mr. O from 1977-1979 while natty.
Lets not get hysterical here. You are comparing 5% bodyfat with 20%. OP is big, but at 5'10 206 with a decent frame and a decade of lifting at 20%+ bodyfat that is a crazy above statement to make.

OP, nice gains, go for a cut, you seem very good at getting lean.

How exactly does that follow? If he cut down to competition body fat levels, you don't think he would lose a significant portion of that mass?

Cut

Drop about 6% (give or take) of what your bf is now. Depending on what look your going for ofc, but around 15% bf is where I personally feel the strongest and healthiest without putting too much effort into food choices. I actually need to get back in the groove and get my lazy ass motivated again.

I’m up in the snowy north. I think the bulk till March and then cut down might be the move

Here is a pump around that time to show my arms
