I never like the idea of torture, I don't feel as if we are to judge and punish people for the sake of punishment. I always want the death penalty for people who cannot be rehabilitated because they are a threat to society, not as a punishment. But I'll be real honest, reading something like this makes my faith in doing the right thing waver a bit, and I'd be lying if I said somewhere in the back of my mind I wouldn't want to see this guy pumped full of adrenaline and slow roasted for a few days while he suffers unable to go into shock.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
