7 days no fap, followed by 1x fap, now 3days of nofap again.
Really happy how things are going right now.
The thing is that you kind of get used to it. Even if I fail, I have such an easier time to get through a few days right after. You are building tolerance.
Also I can actually come rather quickly with just thoughts and erections are getting harder too.

Goal is 30 days of no porn, combined with a maximum 2x fapping a week.

these are pretty much my goals as well. I'm pretty much no porn since early january (after I came up with my new year goals).
