Yes but it changes your perspective on things. That is one of the big differences in males and females right now. A female can be 100% average and has done nothing in her life but not be fat and she can be regarded as an 8/10.

But for a male, if you are just skinny, occasionally work out, but just dont get fat, and have a normal bone structure for a male, nothing remarkable with your face and its not overly maculine but pretty basic without any big flaws, you are lucky to be a 4/10 to most females. If you want to be an 8/10 you better have like 10 things that make you stand out above other males and work on your body consistently.
