Honestly with today's climate I'd be worried it's a setup and make sure on the camera I talked about helping her and not touching her in the wrong way and make it totally obvious. As soon as she was safe walk away immediately.

Why she's recording a 2 rep max with terrible form I have no idea.

Who would rely on anyone else for anything? Especially at a gym. No one is there to help you (except women they will obviously help out). I don't get how anyone could possibly be so naïve and trusting. Surely she realized males would simply take joy in her difficulties? It goes along with their passive aggressive tendencies.Also, I'd be embarrassed to be filming myself a the gym. I've overwhelmingly seen males do this, and every time I do I think, damn I hope I wasn't on camera picking the spandex out of my ass without realizing I was on film. An SSB will stay on your back if you let go. If she was close enough to the power rack she could have grabbed the uprights like a Hatfield Squat and stood up.
