Haven't really made any major changes.

Do notice the higher prices on groceries and at restaurants. Have reduced frequency to the higher end places, like specialty steakhouses, etc.

The big thing I've noticed are the crazy prices when vacation planning, and even regular travel on airfare to see family. Have had to plan a bit better than in the past and search for deals to make sure things stay within budget.

Feel sorry for all those real estate sloots who picked up bartender gigs to make up for the RE market crash.

Chevy and Ford often appear in lists of the LEAST reliable cars and both have more problems per 100 cars than kia or hyundai. Do you plan to tell me someone is paying for that too?
