For a man, it really depends on what you've done with your life. If you're a deadbeat like 80% of dudes in America, your peak is literally college. That's when you look your best and can be relaxed/laidback because your only concern is joining a fraternity that holds mixers with the hottest sororities. If you invest in your health, career, etc., you probably peak in your 30s and can still do great until your early-50s.

Misc incels are also wrong about money/status not mattering because they think some 18 YO instagram model only wants a 22 YO chad. Go to Miami, where a lot of aspiring IG models are nowadays, and you'll see how much pull being a millionaire has for latinas who're looking for the good life. These women aren't worth anything more than a 1-7 day fling, but JFL if you don't think having a prestigious job will go far with women. If you have a prestigious job and a solid physique, it's pretty much game over at that point because most careercels are ugly AF.

Majority of men peak in high school and college. Maybe a few years after.

Reasons:
-usually playing sports and exercising
-have not put on fat
-full head of hair
-high test levels
-engaged in study, using brain more
-surrounded by girls

after those years end, you put on pounds, grow fatter, balder, and stupider. there are exceptions if you actually keep care of yourself, but after those years men gradually let themselves go and are busy with life. these replies are full of cope about how men peak in their 40s and chit.

I am more disciplined than ever
