the real absolute pinnacle was when you couldnt celebrate any holidays with family because of needing to 'stop the spread', but health experts all came out and agreed that the BLM riots were perfectly ok

The only place I saw zero enforcement and compliance, even at chains during the winter of 2020-21, was Southern Illinois, which is in a blue state, though a very red area.
