one thing that is still broken (visually) is the HDR settings


enabling HDR even on any TV/monitor that is HDR compatible (including qd/oled masterraces) just brings up all the black levels to a grey.



you are better off turning off HDR and playing the standard SDR with lowered brightness to get the perfect black effect.

Looks like Neceomancer got the best skins. A couple barb ones looked ok but the rest are pretty underwhelming IMO. I’ve thrown a lot of money at skins in Valorant. I could see buying some in D4, but they’re gonna have to step it up for me to drop $13-$28 on some.

Personally I hate level scaling in my games because I feel like it absolutely destroys the aspect of getting stronger and having better gear but what you're saying does make sense and I can see it from the dev's perspective. That said, for a game like Diablo, which is multiplayer and a looter I suppose I can get behind it when you explain it like that. However I still wish there was a better implementation of it.



But for a single player rpg level scaling is pure aids and I refuse to have it enabled nor will I listen to any justification regarding it lol.

I played as Necromancer in the beta and had a ton of fun with it .... Would the Druid be a fun character? or should I just stick with Necromancer. I like having a simp army.

Every other Diablo game I always played Barb, rolled Necro in this and maybe 6-7 hours in and enjoying it; itfeelslike the Diablo I remember. I played 1 and 2 for probably thousands of hours as a kid, this takes me back.

I'm legit loving this game. People say it is just d3 reskinned. Doesn't really feel that way.

I wish this was D3 reskinned, played that for a thousand hours.

Sadly I fell for the hype and purchased this... should have waited for GamePass I'm at level 25 and this game just feels bland. I'm enjoying the story itself but the gameplay feels like a less flashy diablo 3. I hope my mind changes by end game, or I can't see myself sticking with this game for more than a single campaign playthrough

wut... d3 sucked balls

i am level 29 and d4 blows it out of the water. doesnt feel bland at all to me, idk how you can even say that when you havent even scratched the surface of what the game has to offer.

By that time many account-wide powers would have been unlocked so leveling a bard would be easy and I think, we don't need to do the quest again or something when seasons start?.

I don't mind MTX but cot damn the ones in the shop for rogue now are straight awful.

I hate badly early game in every ARPG and I cannot wait to see end-game.

Err, what? You could port out of dungeons in the beta. You either opened your map and clicked on the dungeon's entrance or brought up the action/emote wheel and chose "leave dungeon".

I remember I was pulling all-nighters at some point in time and now I could save just a few hours to play. Such is life. I was even thinking of refunding the game given the limited time I have but my mind couldn't accept at all a Diablo game being released and me not playing it.

fuark, noice. i'm only lvl 21. need to get that power too for later levels, but finding and gambling for legendaries is a bit slow at the moment. is it possible to extract the twisting blades power if you already imprinted it on a weaker weapon, or do you have to find another one when upgrading to better gear?

don't know if this has been posted here yet, but you can get a free bow (dread pheasant slayer) skin from kfc by linking the account to your b.net account. it has to be done through a mobile device at kfc.com/diablo you can close the kfc account after if you don't need it, and then unlink it in your b.net account.
