Thread has played out the exact way you'd imagine.

I haven't watched a superhero movie in quite some time, OP. I think the last one I saw was the dark knight - the one with the joker. Completely out of the loop in terms of what's happening with superheros these days, just that there seems to be a lot of material being produced.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*

The multiverse gives Marvel writers a lot of freedom to change characters in certain ways. The problem is not necessarily introducing new characters from different universes, it’s the actual REPLACEMENT of Irish looking characters. Note that the characters most being REPLACED were the redheads of the marvel universe. Yep, blacks are intentionally replacing the Irish.

With Morales, he’s not replacing anyone, and the animation affects are fresh and new. The film starts off at a lower FPS, and increases as Miles becomes more proficient and stronger with his abilities, so that both the film and miles become smooth…pretty cool.

Spiderverse doesn’t contain near the Marxism that many other films do, which is a breath of fresh air. Cultural, sure, but that’s ok. Just not Marxist and racist.
