When I travel, I like to eat what the locals eat. The locals aren't eating at Michelline Star restaurants every night.

but they are eating the "Munchy Box." Yeah, didn't think we knew about that one. Nothing healthy about that at all.

yeah, thats where you lose me.

I like to eat all my sides separate...actually i'll take it back. If you wrap it all up in a tortilla and added some salsa, that could be a pretty good breakfast burrito, gotta use a different type of bean though.

We love piling it up here-can remember in the early 1990's I would have beefsteak, chips, peas, baked beans & tomatoes all mixed in on the same plate & the taste was out of this world. Would have a chip butty as well-where you put chips in bread & I slid some tomato in there. Dunked the other slice of bread in my coffee to finish off the whole experience.

Yes, the irony has less to do with the specific food choices, but the standard of food. It's pretty well established that American minimum food standards are significantly lower than European ones, especially when it comes to things like meat and preservatives. The chit Americans do to their chicken, for example is not even legal in Europe and it honestly barely even qualifies as 'food' (for example, your policy is reactive allowing certain ingredients in food until its proven to be dangerous, wheres europeans is proactive and will only allow ingredients to be added when it's proven safe). America's entire food industry is driven by one thing, their profit margin.. people in glass houses and all that.

Ha ha. It's mushy peas brah. All that's missing is a pot of curry sauce (some may prefer gravy). From a really decent place it's difficult to beat the taste imo. Same thing with elite Indian food.

It's because of the bad dental hygiene. Can't be eating solid food when your teeth look like a horror show. I'm sure the inbreeding doesn't help either.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

My teeth and those of most people I know are just fine thanks. Not sure what you're going on about with being inbred, but Americans are British muts with the same ancestors anyway so pot kettle. Although of course you're not Anglo are you... you're an overweight immigrant jogger that frauds wealth for Misc clout lol.

It’s not 1912.

Most English have been eating butter chicken and naan for the last 60+ years…more recently in the last ~30 years they have tried kebabs

Gordon Ramsey is not cooking/serving British food in those Michelin Star restaurants. I guarantee you its nearly all French or Italian inspired dishes.

Furthermore just like Britain. America also has dishes/restaurants from various cultures available. That does not change the fact that traditional British dishes are some of the worst in the world.

Beans on toast is disgusting. The English breakfast is low tier.

And while 'fish and chips' is great. Its still low tier food. Its the equivalent of Americans eating fried chicken strips with fries. Its a low tier fast-food meal.

It's a lot less funny when you try to act like you're coming up with the joke.

most countries adopt other cuisines into their national dishes

fish and chips is actually italian
