I believe they have shallow standards because they know they are not naturally genetically pretty so to make up for not having the beauty of a real pretty girl, to sure their offsprings has a better chance they want a handsome man who is athletic and tall
If you notice most of the hot super models who are natural beauties are always with homely men

The problem is, she wants Matthew McConaughey lol. Tall, athletic, and also hollywood like face, like the two guys she mentions as examples. On top of that im guessing she doesnt want a personal trainer from a random gym either, so yeah, this woman is going to remain single.
