Body has an amazing ability to adapt and compensate. There aren’t enough quality studies or RCTs to look at and give a somewhat accurate rate/type of complications. The bone is lengthened over time, giving nerves/vessels/muscle time to adjust and grow with the bone. But there is so much that can go wrong here. Even a single complication can leave you in pain/crippled for the rest of your life, and for what? More tinder matches?
