Yeah that's why you always get 3 or 4 messages from them then they just ghost the convo

The competition online for anything decent is just ridiculous lol

Gonna say fk it and start cold approaching I got nothing to lose

I've told you before, dude. At 29, you want to be looking for a decent mid-20's girl to hopefully settle down with at some point. Get any ideas of trying to wife up some early 20's broad out of your head now, because you're already starting to get a bit on the old side to pull any of them for a real relationship, and you won't even know who the hell they really are as a person until they get to their mid-20's at least.

Whatever you do, don't buy into the miscer cope that men are prime dating age at 40. That's complete and utter bs unless you're loaded with cash, AND willing to spend it on some gold digging chick in her 20's.

mid-20 is a bit too old. In a few years, they'll already have a bit of wrinkles or middle aged woman look. Go for early 20s girls.

Tour is not over, you still have lots of time to turn things around and get a girl... if thatโ€™s what you want, remember you wonโ€™t have as much freedom as you do now with a girlfriend.

Yeah it sucks when you start getting old enough for 40+ year old birds to consider you a legitimate potential target for a serious relationship.

The good news for you is, you've still got a decent amount of time to get this sorted out for yourself. Just don't piss away the next 5+ years only to ask yourself what the hell happened with the time.

I was joking and now I will be srs. You're still young, I've always had older friends and I have various friends both male and female that have gotten into serious relantionships/married into their late 30s early 40s so theres plenty of time left. Specially with current societal dinamycs people can stay "young" until later on in life, I have friends who are single (either separated or never married) who live happy and peaceful lives in their 40s. A friend who is 46 just got married to a 37 year old woman and they're both very happy so don't get your outlook on life get too jaded because of the miscs influence remember that this place is a cesspool of negativity and it does not represent real life.

}Nah brah life is not just black and white, there is no definitive path to follow and everyones life story is different. Plenty of people are single in their 40s either by choice or by fate, just as everything else in life some of them will be happy some will not, s ame goes for married people not everything is black and white

Exactly

I mean

Atleast I'm not stuck in an unhappy marriage right now with 3 kids or something

2023 has just been an up and down year for me so far

If I look back to December 2022 ...I was dating a girl I liked. That went bad In January. My ex gf I lived with for 3 years was even coming over checking out my new place etc

She ghosted me too

I've tried dating a few girls since but nothing clicking . Feels like I just got took advantage of for free meals LOL

Just relax m8 and try to enjoy what is good in life, no use worrying too much and what the future might be the key to enjoying life is to appreciate whats good in your life. You could be broke, you could be disabled or mentally ill, you have lots of things to be grateful for don't lose perspective on that and enjoy your present.

Exactly . Kinda touches on what sauve2000 said above.

There's more to life than dwelling over the past and being anxious about the future.

Just got to get back to basics and take things simple.

There's no going back in time and changing decisions. So I just need to learn from it and move on and vow never to make that mistake again .

I'll be 30 next month...I have my health , I have my independence, things could be worse.

I'm sure a legit partner will come in due time.

Just got to continue to put myself out there

Thanks

Nothing you can do will change the past. Ive made plenty of mistakes in my own life, and the only thing you can do is turn it INWARD and go "how can i make myself better."

Go out. meet people. hang with friends. enjoy life. take care of yourself. get a haircut. exercise more. get some new clothes. etc.

Even if you have to fake it til you make it for a little while, it's what you have to do.

That's the game plan bro

Glad I made this thread got some legit advice this time

You just gotta continue to move forward and try your luck . Improve everyday...shot your shoot when you get the chance.

Forget about the shortcomings of the past. 5 years from now I don't wanna be sitting around dwelling over the same girls or events of the past.

Time to make new chit happen.

Got the perfect set up too ...I should be able to make something happen
