You don't know how to fix it?
Stop drinking.
Will that fix everything?
No.
Is it on the to do list for things that need to happen to fix things?
Yes.
It is controllable. It is immediate. It gives the most value for the energy put into it (literally is cold fusion as it gives positive feedback for thr lack of activity).
Start there.

yeah i will do, last time it was within the range. not low, not high but i'm sure that private dr would have taken the opportunity to sell me testosterone if she felt it would help, cheers though brah
yeah perhaps

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Do you have hobbies that make you happy? Do you lift? Do you have guy friends you hang out with regularly that you can have a good time and talk with?
Are things still good with your wife sex/attraction-wise?
While men can get a great deal of purpose from being providers to a family, we also need balance so perhaps that is lacking.
Have a talk with your wife to let her know you're not feeling yourself but you plan on getting help. Make time for lifting asap if you don't already and try to cutout the booze. If you can afford it or can get it free through work benefits, try therapy.
BOL man and let us know updates.

I mean, clearly plenty of people find things to be happy about that negate the ****ty parts in life but it’s pretty hard not to think about what a load of **** it all is Unless you manage to adopt a positive outlook

Yeah I lift but I get continually so irritated how poorly designed the mind is that we need to do stuff like working out for that piece of **** (the human mind) to operate happily. Sorry to moan again but it really sucks being tied to such a primitive body/mind
I got my band mates but I wish I had a close relationship with someone, preferably a loving one with a woman .
No wife/gf mate. Seems a million miles away at this point. I wish women would see men as work in progress more rather than having to have a house/money etc. but that’s just nature I get it.
Btw I’m not actually a bore to be with in person but the negative side can take over so quickly- just takes a few thoughts to sidetrack the whole thing.
Many thanks dude. Would love to do therapy but I just don’t have the money.
