OP if you just cleaned the diet up a bit and did keto and did like 100-200 burpees every single day, you would fix your physique. Mainly just the slight belly. Really simple stuff but has to be habitual.
Then fix your fit on your clothes. Srs. Slim fit pant with a thin belt. Just buy the BYLT 2.0 everyday pants in two colors and you never have to worry about pants again.

get some jewelry but don't go **** mode. Get a nice watch for dressier fits. A silver or gold cuban link for more casual. Maybe a bracelet. And that's it.
