There's a group of rascals who always hang at the basketball courts at my apartment complex. Smoking that nasty stuff all day. Not even playing basketball. Just pacing around, surrounded by a disgusting cloud of smoke. The courts are right next to the playground as well, so kids can't even play anymore. Haven't played in quite some time.
