I asked you for the passage

You post a passage that

1) isn’t even talking about infidels but idolators. It’s a different word. It’s specific to the pagans who were worshiping multiple idols. It does not mean atheists. It does not mean Christian’s, it does not mean Jews.

2) ignoring that, it’s also not even what the passage is talking about. Put in context it isn’t talking about anyone other than the specific group of polytheists they were battling with and making treaty’s with at the time.



So please continue to “school” me. I’m sure the rest of your evidence will be equally substantial to backing up your claims.

A genuine effort of uniting people would entail actual nuance and raising awareness of Islamist extremism, including how it and those who pursue it hurt other Muslims as well. However as others have pointed out, this is just going to be the same divisive political tool they've always used, so instead of something sensible like supporting Muslims and Middle-Easterners who are actually in dangerbecauseof radical Islamists and terrorist apologists, they're just going to continue presenting open, unabashed supporters of an incompatible, intolerant, and violent under the same blanket, probably with some threats to free speech sprinkled in as well.

I mean, just look at every other time they've done some anti-istaphobia movement with all gays being swept under the same umbrella as trannies and paedos, or black criminals being protected simply over a skin color. It comes down to good intentions in theory, but with the requirement of understanding not everything is black and white, which is just too difficult for politicians and political extremists to comprehend.

Correct but many of the scholars and freethinkers who fled their repressive countries still do lots of work to help people living there, bring awareness, and many other endeavors. Because innocent people still live in those countries.

My only interest in this subject is squashing the disgusting rhetoric that seems to be sweeping people up in finding excuses for and advocating for genocide. I’m seeing a massive uptick in the ideological push from many directions that’s driving this extremist mindset and it’s probably my biggest concern with the world atm.

It's just amazing to me how inflation is through the roof. Working people becoming homeless because of high rent prices. Already expensive homes getting unaffordable because of interest rates. Lack of housing. Insurance and energy bills bankrupting people. But what is the real problem? Islamaphobia effecting 1% of the population making muslims feel uncomfortable.
