Its too hot to go outside so they stay inside all day living sedetary lifestyles. Also, things like alcohol and porn are banned so the only things Saudis can do for pleasure is eat food. Since they're extremely rich, they have plenty of food

Well and a lot of these countries don't have BMI stats that Western countries have. So I'm sure they are estimating.

Plus we know on a bodybuilding community that BMI is BS as many on here would be considered obese but have 10% body fat.

I was surprised that he could work when he mentioned being a trucker and drive a forklift. He could barely move and get in and out of his truck so how could he work?

It sounded like his bad experiences as a foster kid lead to his overeating.

Food and alcohol are the easiest ways to cope given the accessibility, but they are coping in an unhealthy way.
