In the books that I have read on totalitarian takeovers, police are subject to the same issues as every other human;

Collectivism, pressure from the collective, and the suddenness of orders given.

When the courts are overtaken by the regime, they stop prosecuting one group that they know will help the regime. When police realize that the courts will just let them go, they stopped making arrests.

They're pissed that too many people refused to take "the jabs" (and never will). If you took the jabs and died, BOOM, that "freed up your house". If you didn't take "the jabs", UH, OH, you're house can't be "freed up", time for plan B.

It wouldnt be inacurrate imo, to consider the topic of this thread, as its own "Operation: Warp Speed".
