It was timed at five seconds. Yes, I wouldn't have opened fire on a man who had dropped his gun & was not a threat-then again I am not a roided up gun nut cop. Well actually they were responding to one of her other daughters who the mother had contacted & instructed to tell the cops she was being held hostage by him-nothing to do with a 7 year old supposedly being sexually abused & even if that was the case it should make no difference to their professionalism-they are there to arrest people & put enough evidence forward to get them to a trial where justice can prevail, not execute them.

He could see full well the gun wasn't there-the other video makes it clear-the guy is sitting on the floor up against the cupboard moaning & holding his arm-apparently this cop shot some other guy six times a couple of years before & surprise it was ruled as being good. It wasn't an investigation, it was an execution-it makes no odds if the guy took a gun out of a bag-which again shows what a liar the supposed hostage who waltzed off to a store with this guy after she believed he poisoned her twice(sure) & then returned with him-having made zero effort to get help as the gun wasn't even out. Once a suspect is down having been shot multiple times & is no threat you then get him help for his wounds, not blast him dead with a shotgun to the head.

In all likelihood they killed a guy that really didn’t deserve to live in a civil society.

However, it is a little scary. Understand a crazy woman or kid or something can make up these kinds of claims about you (if you’re a man) out of thin air and there WILL be consequences for you.

It was timed at 5 second from when the front door opened not when the gun was drawn on the cops.

Also, in the very report that you linked, it said that the police were investigating him throughout the day for the abuse reported by the teacher the day before.

And his back wasn’t resting in the cupboard when the kill shot was delivered. That’s clear in the video that we’re all watching.

Yes, but they were there because of a phoned in hostage situation, not the alleged abuse that happened in 2019-that his wife did nothing about for months, despite claiming to have witnessed him sexually assaulting the 7 year old 2 months before this & other incidents of sexual inappropriateness & then suddenly it bothered her days before his death.

This video with a better view shows he was zero threat to them after he was down clutching his arm wound & the weapon had been dropped-go to 6:08 & pause, he is not making any kind of move-just crouching holding his arm from the wounds. Cold blooded execution.
