The other lib implied juveniles names are always protected by rule, like the way UK (I think) does where they even blur out faces of juvenile offenders.

You're saying there are so many exceptions it makes the rule pointless, the IDs will always be circulating by the time they put out the articles anyways. So unless they're waiting for confirmation, they'll publish it, which has nothing to do with them being juveniles or not cause they'd do that for any suspect regardless.


How much more viral do the images have to go before MSM publishes those at least?
