Anyone can answer this one: Does pump lead to better gainz, or is it temporary aesthetic effect?
Daily use of cialis definitely weakens its effect. If I was to go back to taking it, I'd use 10 mg 12-24 hours prior to sex. Then wait another 3-4 days to take it again. If you take 5-10 mg daily it will stop working after a month or two. And no, Cialis and Viagra do not give major pumps at the gym. Vigorous Steve and some others promote this idea but it simply is not true. A basic pump pre-workout drink like Gorilla Mode nitric gives WAY more pump than a cialis or viagra. Add some gh and slin and you're in another territory. All Cialis or Viagra did at the gym was lower my blood pressure and make me lazy AF on the lifts.

Im in canada and just got my first script and was charged $272 for 18 tabs of 20mg tadalafil.

that should have cost about $2.50. well for 10x40mg. split in half into 20x20mg

I got my 20mg sild from lemonade online Pharmacy for about $30 a month. They had tada too.

20mg sild always worked for me. Did not use regularly

Just got my 3 months re-up yesterday.

5mg/day is what the "RX" is.....I take it 4-5 days/week. Maybe take 10-15mg if I know it's going to be a fun Friday/Saturday night.....but honestly the best benefit is the workout pump. Makes for nice effortless bonrars, but I don't need it.

I originally got it because (with a new baby) the sex life between the wife and I took a hit and when we did get it in, I was so horned up I would bust in like 30 seconds (which for the last 22 years was never a problem for me) .....so I figured I'd try some Cialis and it has proven to be the little help I needed.

I have been taking 5mg cialis for quite a while. It's such a small dose that I'm not sure why it would effect anything you do in the gym except pumps. I don't take it for ED so I can't really comment how well it works for that.
I also have cialis in 20mg for times when I know sex is going to be a marathon. (3somes, pepsi, weekend at a resort with other couples, etc) 20mg is more than enough, but 40 for me shortens refraction time to just a few mins.
We are talking maybe once or twice a year so a script of 30 pills will last a long long time.

Gym pumps are only temporary, but are great for showing where your gains are happening. Seeing progress and potential is very motivating. Someone else may know if there is any real benefit other than that.

I became psychologically dependant on it. Got surprise sex once & was in my head because i hadnt taken it.
