AKA 3 days long weekends. 1 day of the weekend is my solitude day, just for gaming and internet mostly, maybe some shows/movies that I'm the one solely into. It's non-negotiable. But then she pretty much occupies the entirety of the other 2 weekend days, and bleeds a little into the work day before I take her back home.

Point is, set up your boundaries. Mine is "I need a day alone every week." Sometimes I'll take off from work, without telling her, just to increase my solitude hours for the week.

But all in all, if she's worth the time, you won't feel too upset sacrificing your time to her... at least not usually.

I'm gonna start trying to get one day for solitude, that's all I need...or even a free night after work is cool too here and there

But yeah really feeling her so I don't mind that much...we're gonna cook some steak in a bit.

Yes. It is something you have to deal with..

finish work and gym etc.. come home.. gf immediately all on me and tries to guilt me for not spending time..

bro.. I dont wanna spend time with ANYONE right now. I want to chill

after being single for basically 30 years of my life and never living with a girl, I wasnt used to it for sure.

How are you able to work from home? Must be a call centre job?

Have you talked to your manager about condensed hours or can you do that? My son works 7-4:30 but only works 5 days a week once a month.

Frees up more you time.

What type of condo do you have? Is it one of those ground floor condos or is it on the 10th story?
