And your being obtuse. I’m not upset they don’t care about that specific man, but don’t care about any man in that position. And then expect me to support a women’s day, when there’s already overflowing support for women in that position.

I also have called in wellness checks for people on the transit. Probably didn’t help them, but hopefully kept passengers safe

But I can tell you don’t give a chit about the problem. Good day
You’re such a liar, holy ****. lol. Wtf are you even gaining by lying about something like that?

Your either trolling or ignorant

Let me educate you

Shelters have been defunded over decades. My metro closed the public shelters and the homeless were just kicked out onto the street. There’s literally nowhere for them to go. Nonprofit funding is virtually inexistent, and where there is, it’s for women shelters

What? I've never heard of this srs. Less women are homeless so this makes no sense to me.

In my area the shelters are for both men/women.

Will do more research.

Have you thought about why there’s less homeless women than men? (I sincerely don’t mean that to be snarky but people are more likely to help women than men. It’s just psychology)

Reagan closed mental institutions a long time ago. Many cities and states closed public shelters as budget cuts. Most shelters are women and children only. Having men in the shelters could be a danger to the women and children so not allowed. I’ve even seen families have to be split up because the dad couldn’t stay with them at the shelter

"Womens day" is probably another marketing scheme directed at the typical white liberal woman who constantly pats herself on the back for the simple reason of existing to sell some clothes and shoes.

Not sure what hellhole that guy is from by shelters, homeless services, soup kitchens, etc are available to both men and women in my area.

In my area there is even a food delivery service for the homeless or those in need that parks in different locations.

There is a battered women’s shelter, for women and children only. But that doesn’t negate the other services available

Nice area. My metro de facto converted our metro train system into the new homeless shelter. There sure as heck isn’t a food delivery service. I think my area or more typical than yours.

The support network thing is big. I know women who have stayed at friends places for extended periods to get back on their feet. Nobody is letting a man crash on their couch for a few weeks in a similar situation

And I’m still reading online that the vast majority of shelter funding is for women’s shelters. It’s hard to find a concrete hard data source but everything is pointing to that. It’s something that would vary city to city anyway

So are they going to award the woman of the year to a man in makeup and a dress again?

Nothing says fighting the "patriarchy" like celebrating liberal men erasing them from society.
