I have. My exercise trainer was home schooled as a kid. Great guy. The only negative is he was bald, and could play the roll of a bad guy in a Hollywood movie, as he joked.
A fellow I used to work with had his many kids home schooled by his wife. His kids all seemed great to me.

Yeah he was autistic and obsessed with death metal. More specifically John Petrucci.

I’ve also been a teacher for more than 25 years and many homeschool kids that came to school were simply GREAT kids.

Homeschooling may have been frown upon a decade ago, but now we see what these liberal institutions push out. Weak men that can’t think for themselves with no morals.

Have met several, and just like in all areas of life there are some that have created the stereotype but then other brake the mold. A good buddy of mine was homeschooled and others have no clue until he tells them.

Growing up no never. I had a girlfriend who went to a private school . She could suck a dick! Crazy mad throat game. A girl can’t learn that from homeschooling. Unless she had that kind of relationship with her family… groce.

I've met a few and my observation is similar to most here, smarter than others and a little socially awkward. Actually lol'd at Duckliver's story tho. If the last several years has taught me anything, it's to be ready to pull our kids out of school whenever clown world takes over. We also have a neighbor who pulled their elementary school daughter out of school because of bullying and now homeschool. We aren't close to them so don't have the full story or perspective, but it's a shame because they moved here from out of the area to be in our town's school district specifically. That seems to be a big problem with girls, not sure if it's just social media or modern lack of discipline but has been on my radar, for sure.

Oh I thought op meant growing up.. when they’d actually be in school. Yea I’ve met a few who were homeschooled. Not sure how to elaborate. Actually wait, I was doing a weekly SDA and some parents who are part of that church do homeschool. But I never knew any kids who were when I was growing up. The pastor and his wife also homeschooled their children. They seemed normal. Well mannered. Personable even. Cheerful also. I stopped Bible study group too. But ya some level headed parents have homeschooled their kids. Not sure how it’ll affect their social skills . Maybe they go on field trips or somehow meet and hang out with other kids, that could be cool. Public schools are unpredictable and unruly anymore.
