We should be worried. Trump has been in a decline with betting odds since the Kamala announcement. He is still the favorite by a wide margin but the switch just happened and he's already lost some significant chunks of percentage

Ho: Harris - Trump = 0
H1: Harris - Trump != 0

Since the confidence intervals overlap, we fail to reject the null hypothesis.

We cannot conclude harris is leading Trump

Trump rushed through the vaccine, he basically told everyone he doesn't give a fuk about regulations, build it fast. I don't think Biden could have got it to production faster.


I do think Biden could have avoided a few comments Trump made about it, but, I don't think those were a big deal and really changed much.


I do think Biden would have been much more liberal with his addressing of it, they would have locked everyone down a lot more and for longer, and that absolutely would not have stopped it, all it would have done is cause more economic hardship and decline in mental health from being confined to your own space without social interactions. Being social is big for health, lots of science behind it. Kids lost a lot by being out of school.


The liberal method for handling Covid was not good, in the end turns out worse.

Not to mention no poll right now matters. People on the left are on the high of having a new candidate replaced.

That will settle in a few weeks, and reality will kick in that it's Kamala... she's impressively unpopular.

By the numbers: Trump leads Harris by 1.5 percentage points in an average of 11 national polls conducted since Biden's debate disaster on June 27, per the Washington Post. The same average showed Biden trailing Trump by 1.9 percentage points.
