Maybe like .1% of people had that life and you would be envious of it.

People nowadays think if they arent travelling the world in first class luxury by their mid 20's that life somehow has **** on them and they were dealt a bad hand.

Thats just not the case. You have to work hard to get ahead in life and that takes in most cases years and years of hard work, long hours, seemingly endless sacrifice without ever getting a glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel until you are almost there.
just work hard bro!

another retarded boomer.

There was never a time when so many people had little to no hope for a house, a relationship , a family and retirement.

Being able to afford random leisure is not the issue. people are indulging in those things because they have nothing else to live for and its not fulfillling.

We're building a nation of young people with nothing to live for but raw hedonism and its not motivating or fulfilling.

I love how people always posted that meme about strong men make good times, good times, create weak men, weak men create tough times, but don't realize that this is the tough times.

The idea that fulfillment comes from comfort is the antithesis of life itself. We grow from struggle. We gain value from purpose. The current world that has been created and pushed on society is comfortable and purposeless.

We are genuinely living one of the most anti-human times and this is the result of it. The closer to nature you get, the more fulfillment you get. How can you feel grateful when you're doom scrolling and watching porn all day? How can you feel valued when society is pushing the idea of you career/social status and net worth/salary is how your value is based? You can't. Why would any man feel any sort of value in life when the premier push for life's answers is nihilism? We're just spinning on a ball in blackness bro! Nothing matters bro!

-Find God. Follow the way of Jesus. Live more biblically. Pray.
-Each day is now in service to God with Jesus as your guide.
-Living each day in service to God and thus in service to those around you (family, friends, church, community) will give you value and purpose as a foundation
-You will become a better man, with better morals/values/principles and thus will make you a better friend, boyfriend, husband
-The more you repent, carry your cross and fight against your own sins, you will feel more at peace and more fulfilled

These are the types of things you must wrestle with first. Otherwise you just keep ending up like Davik on here complaining about how your plans failed because he is building his foundation on sand.

Until you get that peace, gratefulness and purpose, you cannot truly feel the things people are searching for. A career is a means to an end. The service part is the part of a career that matters, not the status. Money is just a means to an end. It's great to have money and be financially stable for yourself and loved ones, but it is not the fulfillment you think it is. Like all sin, the obsession with it will lend you empty as you chase more of it.

But keep thinking that it's just all about putting your nose to the grindstone! Pull yourself up by the bootstraps, chase money and women, and live your life by secular means! That'll really get you out of the rut!

its not a rut. Society at large is broken. cant solve a societal level problem as an individual

Brutal black pill. But you're right just look at the official data.

But still if you live in the west you still have many options, so it's not all bad
