Crazy, I’m from Australia and remember years ago Gable’s case on the news and the media trying their hardest to paint him out as a bad guy.

All the evidence (factual evidence) points out to him being innocent.

Firstly, I never justified the fact that I ****ed up drink driving, especially in that high speed pursuit. I've always owned that, as have I with every other DUI incident I've had. It was my own stupid ****up, and I've never said otherwise. Nor have I claimed to be a saint.

Putting a violent aggressor on a perfectly safe balcony, which is a feature in almost every single high rise apartment in my city, is NOT putting someone's life at risk. Nobody, no matter how "drunk" they are (she was determined by pathologists to be around 0.14% BAC, which is not extreme or out of the ordinary), could be expected to climb off a 14th floor balcony in to nothingness.

I've had numerous guests, and been with many people, incredibly drunk on Gold Coast balconies. At no point was anyone expected to be at risk of climbing off of one.

To suggest that being on a balcony is "putting someone's life at risk" is categorically absurd.

It was my less-than-eloquent way of saying "well I told you to go home" uttered in the heat of the moment.

The "theory" that I dangled her over the balcony contradicts every fact about the incident, is demonstrably false, not even theoretically possible, and belongs within the domain of pre-middle aged man-hating cat ladies who resent that no man over a 4/10 would ever swipe right on them.
