Really I think the only people left are traders (including bots) and people who are never gonna sell. I think we're going to get an "artificial" pump soon conveniently timed with crypto ad rollouts and soon after, the fomo types will fomo back in and there you have it...

I don't think anyone ITT still would disagree. We're mostly just monitoring progress lately, as there are some options and various ways we could break out, as well as break down.

Agreed. Peter Brandt made a post on twitter about he doesn't think this is the bottom either. Says the recent increase in volume doesn't represent a bottom.

Gimmy 6,500 bears. I'll buy there. Doooo it.

Shorts are pretty low for BTC looking so weak. Hmmmm

Where is this alleged gap btc needs to fill in the 6400 area? Seen it spoken about a few times.

I still stand by 6440, if it breaks, we could drop out hard. Not sheriff definite or not though.

Crazy how accurately the consecutive peaks are predicted if you draw fib levels from ~11th nov 2017 - 27th nov 2017.

The fact that we continue to stay where we are, and not drop further is making my spider sense tingle. I'm not watching BTC currently, I'm watching what ETH is doing, and that SOAB literally barely drops out of the triangle, then gets back in. It's literally riding the bottom trend line up.

edit: I'm about 60/40 that we're going up from here at this point. Srs. The more I'm digging on tradingview and such, some of these people are coming out of the wood work with methodology I've never seen in my life, but ho lee fuk, fuk fuk fukkkkkkk

And now bitcoin coming back into the triangle as well. Setting those temporary traps....

Who's being played here? The Bulls, or the Bears???

I find these two charts interesting:

Can someone whos better at TA then me tell me on the 2 or 4 hour chart if this is a descending wedge since about sept 30th? Technically speaking this should be bears running out of steam. But I'm so on the fence right now whether to buy back in. I haven't seen a 10% downfall in like 2 weeks and that makes me feel weird. It was always easy to scoop up the false bounce for a few percent. ha

These past few days the buying and selling looks exactly like the same chart pattern printed between sept 1 and sept 5th. What ensued was a 40% drop over the next week. which would put ETH at 135 ish. which happens to be the very first shelf it was ever put on after a decent pump.

EDIT: fuk it. I'm setting buy orders for 185 ETH overnight. 135 over the next week.

I try not to invest in anything other than ETH and BTC. They move at a pace where I feel like if I'm watching live I can mitigate my losses quickly. I did get to see BTC shed 400$ in about 2 minutes a couple weeks back. However if I was invested at the time I easily would have had 15 seconds to market sell and could have cut my losses down to maybe 10% of that move. Otherwise I have to hop over to binance, sell immediately. Then transfer ETH or BTC whatever to CB. Then sell again. That means no matter the move I have a solid half hour before I can sell. nothanxjeff.

I see a lot of people complaining about how we're just going sideways for so long, but isn't this a great sign after such a huge crash? To finally settle down and go sideways for an extended period of time? I'm pretty sure that's exactly what needs to happen before an actual bull run can start after such a massive crash.

TA guys, take a look at BNB on 1 hr. What kind of formation do you call this? And is it bullish or bearish. I see this happen all the time.

Also why is bnb pumping?

Well, all I can say, is I'm glad I waited.Sometimes you get lucky in life. lol

Anyone check out tradingview lately? Guy 'Godly' on there, an old Top saying ETH over this next few months is going to 900, 450, 900, then like $40. Srs. I don't know what I should do with this information, but part of me believes - as those that are gifted by the EW gods have told me that 20k on BTC was the result of a correction, so I partially be leaf.

H/O I actually want to post it, lol. It's VERY interesting.

https://www.tradingview.com/chart/ET...ex-correction/

The only reason I would give this any merit, is because bitcoin hit 20k on a correction. So that's why it could sadly/insanely be possible to some varying degree. I don't know if I'd ever see it coming back down that low though. But that would be super sick if it did, lol.

edit: Aside from this random post about nothing, what do we got today boyo's?! Who's in? Who's out? Where we heading?!? Up down around? Flat forever? Is this to stabilize for ETF decision?

Ya, I just canceled my orders. Now that I've got TV in front of me and not my binance app, we're right on support of that rising channel. So if we confirm break down from ~6450 we will be going much lower than 6300. But from a trading perspective, I should be buying here. We can get all the way up to 6850 and nothing has changed. Also, we're past the Mon/Tues dump and usually get a little relief the rest of the week. Kicking myself for not having a buy at 6450 now. Had horizontal support and at the bottom of that channel.

I still think we are going to break down from it eventually. Just not sure when.

Here's what I've gathered for today:

Bull's HAVE to break 6780 to remain bullish.

Bears are eyeing 6350, I actually think IF we break this area - a shakeout is imminent.

I also still don't think we're going significantly below 5k. The longer we hang around these parts, the less likely it is. And if your only rebuttal is "yeah well the highs are getting lower", insert your thumb in your ass. lmao Nobody gives one **** about that.

edit: And I'm basing it off of this fractal I posted yesterday. Looking for that one last drop down, then upwards.

One last thing for the time being currently: When I showed everyone that bitcoin forecast site, and I said some people's TA on there is legit that they share - there is a guy on there, he doesn't post much but he's as far as I can remember been correct.

Today, he dropped some knowledge on everyone in that comments section, and I've been looking into this all morning trying to intentionally disprove this guy.....and I can't. I'm stumped.

Check it out. He's saying in the history of Bubble's, absolutely none of them have ever gone into a crash AFTER extensive consolidation/low-volatility periods. Essentially, he's saying if you think we're dropping to under 4k now, you're insane.

Thus far, I've still got absolutely nothing to even challenge that. Srs.

Food for thought for the day. Enjoy.

I have such a hard time believing people's forecast a major move upward in a long and extended downtrend.
