The responsible action would be to place a person that is in a state of dysphoria into psychiatric care, not give them drugs that mask their condition by placing them in a state of euphoria.

I disagree that they are responsible for their condition.

They receive psychiatric care. Hormones are part of the treatment.

Conversion therapy doesn't work nor help.

Physicians do not remove responsibility by treating. Medicine is neither religion nor law.

Medicine has absolutely become a religion in which the perpetrators of it declare it law…you would be one of those

How would it be the opposite when only the symptom of dysphoria is temporarily masked and the cause is never addressed?

I said physicians can't, and don't, remove patients' responsibility for their conditions nor, or do, they forgive their patients for having a condition.

Hard to mask/hide feeling like a gender that differs from sex when one takes masculinizing or feminizing hormones to change their appearance. Rather, it puts it right out there on display

You think taking something to build muscle is the same as gender dysphoria?

Seems to me one is showcasing the traits of a person’s biological gender while the other is denying it.
