What are your thought on straight bar pushdowns and skull crushers? Those are my go to's for tris

I personally like cable rope pull downs as I feel the contraction is constant - and I really like dips.

Skullcrushers can be good too and there are some great machines.

Here's my triceps exercises.
Rope cable Press/pull down
EZ Bar cable press down
No handle cable X body one arm pull down
D grip One Arm cable push down
Dip Machine Press downs, one and two arm

Sometimes
CG Smith bench press

I've incorporated doing one arm and one leg exercise to bring up my weaker sides for legs, chest, back, arms, and delts

You shouldn't be giving advice on what works on YOURSELF if you're not training under the same circumstances as Muzzlrpress.

A muscle needs 48h to recover. That time does not change based on the location. Yours arms don't magically recover twice as fast. The maximum frequency one can sustain over longer periods of time is working a muscle every other day. That involves tweaking down the volume per day though, meaning you can up the frequency while keeping your weekly volume the same.

It worked surprisingly well for me a few months ago after plateauing.

I've only been doing this for 30 years and trained many people in my career, so I am pretty sure I have the knowledge to throw out a little advice. You did read where I stated that it is my opinion and provided a disclaimer? He wants to build muscle, so he is training under the same circumstances!

You can train smaller muscle groups more often if you want without harm, and holds true for anyone as long as they smart about it.

Appreciate it. 3days a week is still 48 hours between, and it won't hurt to experiment.

Arms on leg day will be fun........

I have a lot of work to do, not even close to finishing bulking. Feel super small still.

Black crew, wizard crew, very nice

I’m aiming for February to be my last month, it’ll make six months. Might extend it a little more if I haven’t made as much progress as I wanted to.

I'm ready to go. I'll give myself a month to build some consistency with my meals before I cut. My eating habits are so erratic right now I'd be setting myself up for failure starting a cut right now.

yup, sounds like a solid plan

always better to ease into a cut imo. this whole month of january will be for me to slowly reintroduce athletic activities and cardio for once, while slowly dropping back to maintenance

we're all gonna make it brah.

I'll make a thread for 2019 aesthetics crew soon if nobody does it. gonna make it even more official than 2018's, with a required 12% bf or under for full membership into the aesthetics crew. there will be a roster and everything.

exalted members are <10% bf.

Easy peasy!

My plan is to get into stage condition to compete in the summer.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
